Letter of Invitation
The conference secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request. This letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangement only.
You must submit a valid email address on the reservation form. Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address entered on the booking form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence relating to your booking.
Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, you are invited to participate in the opening ceremony, all scientific sessions and exhibition.
Registration must be made online. Full payment is required upon registration (by local cheque, bank transfer or online VISA, MasterCard). No confirmation will be sent until we have received the full payment. Payment of registration fee in $ and INR are available. All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for payment must be paid by participants.
